A secure, practical solution for managing vaccination campaigns
Microcare Technologies understands the importance of effectively managing staff vaccination programmes and maintaining accurate records. FLUMIS is a secure web application designed to help organisations manage and report on their vaccination campaigns efficiently.
The system is accessed through a browser on a tablet or workstation. Employee data can be uploaded from the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), allowing users to quickly search for employees and add personnel who are not direct employees.
FLUMIS includes tools for recording medical questionnaires, vaccination details, reasons for declining vaccination and vaccinations received elsewhere. Supporting files can also be uploaded, while vaccine counts can be managed within the system.
Reporting Made Simple
Pre-defined reports can be generated within a few clicks and are available in a variety of formats, helping to reduce administration and save time. Users can also create their own reports to suit their requirements.
Manage Your Vaccination Campaign
FLUMIS provides tools to help organisations manage their vaccination campaigns and create templates to promote vaccination programmes. The system can also help identify and target individuals who have not yet received their vaccination.
How Does It Work?
The system includes a medical questionnaire with digital signing and automatic dating. Vaccination details can then be recorded by the nurse, including information such as vaccine manufacturer and batch number through simple tick boxes and drop-down menus.
Vaccinations received through a GP, pharmacy or other provider can also be recorded, providing a complete vaccination history that is updated in real time.
Optional Mobile App
An optional mobile app is available for nurses working in the community without a Wi-Fi connection. It provides access to the same core information as the main system, allowing users to search for staff and record vaccinations while working remotely. Once an internet connection is available, information is synchronised with the main system.
